They got married at Domaine de Vavril: a testimonial!

Anaïs & Arthur chose to unite at the Domaine on September 12, 2020… They look back on this wonderful weekend for us!
What do you consider to beinal assets of Domaine de Vavril?

“The venue, which is both large because it’s separated into several parts (secular ceremony, cocktail party, reception hall) but remains very family-friendly. The authenticity of the venue: the reception room is just gorgeous with its stone walls and doesn’t need much decoration. The magnificent manor house. Being able to sleep 41 people on site. And finally, having the venue from Friday to Monday!”
VWeren’t your guests as enchanted by the charm of the place as you were?
“Yes, we’ve had a lot of compliments on the venue. Everyone felt very comfortable.”
Commow did your D-Day at the Domaine go?
How was your D-Day at the Domaine?
“Wonderful! From morning until 3pm it was all about welcoming the suppliers and getting the bride and groom ready (we’d set up almost everything on Friday, just missing the flowers!). Preparation of Arthur in one of the large rooms on the1st floor and preparation of Anaïs in the bridal room. Buffet lunch with all those already present on Friday. Lay ceremony at 5 p.m. by the pool, followed by cocktails at 6 p.m. on the terrace of the maison de maître. Dinner at around 8:30 p.m. and party until 6 a.m.”

Do you have an anecdote or an unexpected moment to tell us?
“Not really an anecdote, but what I really liked was the big day, but also everything that went with it. From Friday evening onwards, we were able to take advantage of the venue. We all got together over pizzas outside, and on Sunday the same thing happened: we were able to enjoy the pool in the afternoon, and in the evening about fifteen of us stayed again!”
