An 18th-century manor house above Beaujeu, stone reception rooms, gardens overlooking the vineyards, a heated pool and accommodation for 41 of your guests: for three nights and four days, you share it with no one. There is time for a welcome evening the day before, and an unhurried morning after with the people you love.

How much does a wedding at Domaine de Vavril cost?

Venue hire only starts from €8,800 including VAT from November to March, accommodation included. The final price depends on the season, your number of guests, the format you choose, your menu and the services you add. Is the estimate a quote? What does it include?
No. It is an indicative estimate, shown as a price range including VAT, and it is not a binding quote. It is broken down line by line: reception venue for four days, accommodation for three nights, dinner and cocktail, stay, options, and hair and make-up. Dinner and cocktail are based on our elegant menu, which you can upgrade to the gastronomic menu; wines and spirits are not included. If you are interested in the Domaine’s wines, tick the option: they are added to your estimate, on the basis of one bottle for four guests.
How do we know if our month is available?
When you choose a month, the estimator checks the availability calendar published on our website in real time. The month shows as available if it still has four free days in a row, from Thursday to Sunday or from Friday to Monday. If not, it is marked as in high demand and the team will suggest dates close to your wish. This is not a reservation: Adeline confirms availability with your personalised quote. Flexible on dates? Simply keep the “Our dates are flexible” option, selected by default.
How long is the exclusive use, and how many guests can stay on site?
From April to October, the Domaine is reserved for you alone for three nights and four days, arriving on Thursday and leaving on Sunday, or arriving on Friday and leaving on Monday; your estimate is based on this format. From November to March, the stay can be tailored and Adeline adapts your quote. The main hall seats up to 150 guests for dinner (120 with a dance floor), and the Maison de Maître and its outbuildings sleep 41 guests on site.
