My report began in the refined atmosphere of the Maison de Maître, a charming and elegant 18th-century building. I had the privilege of photographing the preparations, capturing the intimate moments before the reveal, the laughter of loved ones and the beauty of the details.

The day continued with an emotionally-charged lay ceremony, held in the Domaine’s magnificent gardens. An enchanting setting, with panoramic views over the vineyards, set the scene for the couple’s promises of love.

After the greetings, the festivities continued on the upper terrace, in the shade of the lime trees. The cocktail party, bathed in soft late-summer light, was punctuated by the lively melody of a saxophonist, creating a chic, relaxed atmosphere.

When it comes to photography, the Domaine de Vavril is a veritable playground! I took advantage of the golden light to immortalize Lisa and Jean during their couple session. Just a few steps away, in the vineyards adjacent to the estate, we captured moments of complicity, against the backdrop of the grandiose landscape of the Beaujolais hills.

The dinner was a high point, marked by intense emotions: the speeches by the bride and groom and their nearest and dearest brought tears to their eyes, tears of happiness and sincerity. The evening then moved on to the dancefloor, where the saxophonist returned to set the guests alight, accompanied by the DJ, extending the magic into the night.
